Creations ships worldwide from Jerusalem, Israel. Shipping availability may vary depending on postal restrictions in certain countries. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Some handmade items may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
A. Regular Airmail: Estimated delivery is around 14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or local postal conditions. Regular airmail does not include tracking.
B. Express Delivery: Estimated delivery is about 7 business days. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For internationally shipped items, buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
